Sarah Amani spreads her time primarily among junior high and high school students, women's groups, prisons, and youth groups. In addition, she is involved in the church food pantry program. In the last few days, she submitted another beautiful report.
"On March 3, the NewLife Behavior International team embarked on a meaningful prison outreach mission, reflecting its ongoing dedication to the spiritual transformation, rehabilitation, and restoration of inmates through the teachings of the Word of God.
"The mission's goal was to share the Gospel, uplift inmates spiritually, and offer prayer and counseling support within the correctional facility. The outreach had a clear purpose, deeply rooted in biblical teachings in the 'Sense of Self' course.
"First and foremost, it aimed to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the inmates, reminding them that salvation is accessible to everyone who believes. We had a total of 430 inmates and 30 of them requested baptism.
"Real freedom isn’t about being released from prison, but about surrendering spiritually. The message conveyed that when someone embraces being a 'Prisoner of Christ,' they are no longer defined by their past mistakes but by their relationship with Jesus. Even while confined, they can find inner freedom, peace, and a sense of purpose.
"NLBI demonstrated the love of Christ through practical support by providing the prison with essential hygiene supplies, including bar soaps, bathing soaps, and liquid soap. This act of generosity was part of NLBI’s service to God and commitment to meeting both the spiritual and physical needs of the inmates.
"By providing these basic necessities, NLBI put faith into action, showing that true ministry involves compassionate service alongside preaching the Gospel."
